Warranty
Thompson Surgical Instruments, Inc., warrants that all instruments purchased after April 1 1983, are free from defects in both materials and workmanship for life.
All Malleable Blades carry a two-year guarantee against defects in both material and workmanship. Light Wand and Finger Liver Retractors carry a one-year guarantee.
Repairs and/or modifications by vendors other than Thompson Surgical Instruments, Inc. void all warranties.

Free Repairs
To enhance the performance and extend the life of your Thompson Retractor System, we offer FREE refurbishing of any components and/or sets. To reduce downtime, we offer and loaner sets. The FREE Refurbishing Program includes the refinishing and honing to spec of Universal and Cam Joints, Rail Clamps, Extension Arms and Blade handles to ensure their function and interchangeability with other Thompson components. All parts are tested then etched with their part numbers for easy identification. Call to schedule prior shipping. Whenever possible, send us your complete system to that we can ensure the interchangeability of all parts.

Upgrade Program
You may receive a credit on the exchange of old components towards the purchase of new updated designs. Please call for details.
Custom Made Instruments
All sales are final on custom made instrumentation.
Satisfaction Guarantee
You may return any instruments within 30 days of purchase without a restocking charge and up to 60 ays with a 20% restocking fee. All sales are final after 60 days.
