The SALS (#51234) was specially designed to fit narrow collapsed disc spaces and the oval shape at the tip of the large bore helps reduce clogging. In addition to a suction, the SALS is sturdy enough to be used as a distractor while working in the disc space. Included in all Anterior Lumbar Blade Kits.
