Here at Thompson Surgical, we believe that being a responsible corporate citizen means giving back to the community. At least 10 percent of our profits are donated to worthwhile charitable organizations in various parts of the United States. The following are just a few examples of non profit organizations we have supported in the past:
- Crisis Centers
- Habitat for Humanity
- River and Watershed Foundations
- Women Resource Centers
Thompson Surgical understands that while all doctors are dedicated to offering their patients the best possible care, not all physicians have the same level of resources available to them as doctors here at home. Health care providers who work with people in Third World countries, including missionary surgeons and those employed by community hospitals, have the same goals as their North American counterparts. They are called on to do a lot more, with a lot less in the way of instruments and supplies.
Thompson Surgical knows that need is not restricted to people in our own country, we are pleased to donate Thompson Retractors to these dedicated men and women.

The Thompson Retractor Foundation
Help us make a difference to doctors (and their patients) in developing nations.
